Job Description:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who is passionate to drive meaningful digital marketing growth, with at least 3 years of experience in digital performance marketing or relevant roles. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies across all digital paid advertising and performance marketing channels, including Search, Social, Affiliate/Partnerships, Display/Programmatic, Video, across desktop, mobile web and Apps. You will integrate campaigns across channels and with lifecycle marketing and content marketing channels. You will test and learn rapidly, grow what works and optimize relentlessly, in pursuit of growth and ROI metrics.


What You Will be Doing Build, develop, and coach a team of Performance Marketers to achieve their yearly OKRs. Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends Constantly optimize marketing activities in all things relating to Paid or Performance Marketing, including channel expansion, keywords and audiences, creatives and copy, bidding strategies, landing pages and conversion funnels, tracking, reporting and automation, agencies and tools. Ensure that the proper metrics are being tracked and optimized Track and evaluate KPIs of all performance marketing channels and optimize overall marketing effectiveness in line with the budget Lead analysis campaign performance—including the effectiveness of paid channels and creative a/b testing, variations, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on Channels to identify what works best Lead analyze performance and measure ROI of all marketing activations in paid channels. Routinely make a daily report to the Head of Digital Marketing based on performance marketing activities. Minimum Qualifications:
3+ Experience focused on Performance, including CPC Search, Social, Display / Programmatic, Affiliates / CPA Partnerships, and/or Mobile App marketing Passionate about online marketing, with deep expertise in Google and Facebook Ads especially, plus at least 3 more channels Experience at digital companies Very strong analytical mindset, including forecasting and tracking against funnel metrics, daily reporting, A/B testing and thorough analysis (SQL a plus) Fluent in web and mobile app tech stacks An expert understanding of targeting, tracking and attribution technologies Deeply analytical thinker who is always seeking out new ways to drive new customer growth and to improve the retention curve Ability to identify and take calculated risks based on data Fluent in English, both spoken and written - an excellent communicator, able to communicate and build rapport effectively with all members of the organization.
