E-Commerce Executive (Fmcg, Marketplaces)

e-Commerce,- Build and maintain relationships with e-Commerce Platforms- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills- Outgoing and comfortable communicating with new people (including cold contact)- Strong connections with big/top online sellers are preferred- Development of new markets in term of penetration, value/volume transaction.- Assist Regional Sales Manager to execute sales strategy, sales plan, and achieve company target & business objective.- Continuously conduct asset tracking in order to avoid any missing asset/unproductive assets in the future.- Other administrative duties as assigned by line manager**Job Requirement**:- Bachelor's Degree in any fields.- Technical Competency: Strong in field sales, Leadership, Communication.- Language Competency: English/Mandarin proficiency will be prioritized.- Experience: Preferably 2 years handling e-Commerce platforms / Startup Experience- Preferably from household/laundry goods industry or from FMCG with e-Commerce, multi distributor operating model or hypermarket model.- Proven track record in driving sales growth and distributor team.- High computer literacy : PowerPoint, Words and advance skill in Excel.**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Contract, Trial period contractContract length: 3 months**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- e-Commerce/Business Development: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)- Mandarin (preferred)Application Deadline: 02/28/2023
