Check the completeness of medical documents when the customer is going to be hospitalized at the provider's hospital.Coordinate with hospital and/or Admedika officers in accelerating the inpatient-assurance process, especially those related to the completeness of medical documentsCoordinate with the AHA (Allianz Hospital Assistance) team concerning which information will be conveyed by the AHA team to the customerMake daily reports related to the performance of providers' hospitals, especially providers' hospitals that are uncooperative or problematic such as changing diagnoses/medical information, not completing documents during admission, or only submitting complete documents during the discharge processCoordinate with the Allianz team at the Head Office if the customer that is going to be treated at the providers' hospital is flagged or suspiciousExplain to the customer if the assurance is rejectedAssist in the completeness of the power of attorney if an investigation is neededHave experience in insurance / TPA field at least 2 yearsHave insurance knowledgeGood communication and presentation skills
