We need a highly ambitious and dynamic individual who has the drive to excel. At SwipeRx, people who take initiative and ownership are rewarded significantly.**Your Role**:- Use global health best practices, national guidelines and behavioral science theory to guide the data-to-action process for digital campaigns and accredited digital education modules to build pharmacy capacity in various areas of public and community health including family planning, HIV and other STIs, tuberculosis, diabetes, hypertension COVID-19 testing and vaccine hesitancy, etc. This will include:- guiding analysis of pharmacy practices and influences against health provider theories of change and national guidelines to inform campaign briefs, education outlines;- managing brief to content process in collaboration with the SwipeRx Creative, Research & Public Health teams, technical experts and our clients across southeast Asia;- interpreting pre/field test feedback to finalize content;- analyzing post-exposure and education results to identify additional quality improvement priorities;- Designing post-education digital quality assessment and improvement tools..- Identify specific strategies to incorporate competency-based learning and adult learning theory approaches into digital education modules and post-education quality improvement tools targeting pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.- Lead write-up of select pharmacy channel/market analysis and business model reports for external audiences. Collaborate with Creative team to develop designed versions of final reports incorporating infographics and other design techniques to highlight key messages.- Develop external communication pieces to showcase SwipeRx public health training and capacity building results and learnings for dissemination through the company website, global/regional global health forums, etc.- Regularly review emerging and good practices in health worker digital education and capacity building and incorporate into content and format for SwipeRx CPDs and post-education quality improvement tools.- Collaborate with SwipeRx research & monitoring team as well as partners to design and analyze studies and monitoring data to assess changes in pharmacist capacity attributable to SwipeRx engagement and education.**Your Qualifications**:- Master of Public Health- 5 or more years of experience designing public health training courses and other quality improvement tools- Digital health savvy, experience designing online training courses and/or "nudge": campaigns to prompt improved health provider practices- Superb English writing and presentation skills- Solutions-oriented and able to proactively identify and resolve potential challenges and work across countries, projects, partners and SwipeRx teams
