**Patient Value Access (PVA) Field Manager**:Jakarta, Jakarta Special Capital Region**Job ID** R0113726**Category** Commercial**Subcategory** Commercial**Business Unit** Global Portfolio Division**Job Type** Full time**The PVA Field Manager is a commercial field manager role with objectives to improve patient journey and establish patients access to Takeda Innovative Products. The person in this role should have capabilities to identify gap of patient journey, unlock the potential, build the strategy, and effectively translating it into tactics and implement them by collaborating with cross functions team, such as Medical, KAMs, Access, etc. This role will have PVA specialists as direct subordinates, therefore he/she have to e****stablish a high performing team and achieve company objectives in specific area responsibilities.**:**Activities and Responsibilities**:- ** Understanding the patient journey nationwide as well as his/her team's area and collecting insights to identify barriers for patients and opportunities for partnership to enhance the patient experience.**:- ** Partners with patient journey stakeholders (HCPs, Hospitals, Government Stakeholders, etc) to remove the barrier and unlock access for patients**:- ** Responsible for achieving Company objectives and growing business Nationwide.**:- ** Growing market share of the brands or becoming market leader in the territory**:- ** Achieve SFE KPI as parameter for detailing activities for the team.**:- ** Planning, conducting, and monitoring marketing activities nationwide as agreed and will be reviewed on a regular basis**.**:- ** Conduct monthly alignment with distributor counterparts to monitor product availabilities, ensure zero tolerance to product shortage and manage effective account coverage in respective account**:- ** Identify all stakeholders in the patient journey and the unmet needs to build analysis and create an action plan tailored to the patient needs for the team and align with guidance from PVA Franchise Lead/Brand Lead.**:- ****Proactively****set clear objectives and develop strategies for each team member to drive product adoption****and growth****, as well as****build a strong relationship****with****the accounts**:- ****Act as****a****scientific partner****to****deliver Key messages about Takeda's Innovative Products to customers and ensure HCPs' understanding of Takeda's products, especially for efficacy, safety, and administration procedures as well as overseeing the team deliverables.**:- ****Proactively****identify potential customers or new area expansion by understanding competitors' loyal customers and market share, as well as develop the customers to be advocate****s****for Takeda Indonesia**:- ** Manage expenses for promotional activities and ensure spending within the budget**:- ** Assess individual and team progress towards goals and regularly coach the team for improvement**:- ** Develop member of team to enhance their skills and advance to higher career level**:- ** Ensure all team activities are aligned with Local Takeda Indonesia SOP, Takeda's Code of Conduct, and/or global SOP**:- ** Complete all event documentation as required by SOP/Code of Conduct and close in the system in a timely manner as required by LOC Takeda.**:- ** Ensure no Conflict of Interest related to all customers and activities**:**Who are you**:- ****Min****imum****5****years of pharmaceutical****experience in****handling****O****ncology****product****s****in accessing and managing doctors, specialists, and hospital accounts, with m****in. 3 solid years as Area Manager for****O****ncology****/ Specialty****products.****Experience in JKN setting is a plus.**:- ****Passionate about healthcare,****result and stakeholders oriented.**:- ** Driven, persistent, and tactful in handling customers and good business acumen, with updated market understanding.**:- ** Strong analytical skills with problem-solving capabilities, curiosity, fast learner, resilient, and growth mindset.**:- ** Good communication and negotiation skills, complete with advanced knowledge of disease, products, policies, and territory**:- ** Energetic, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment.**:- ** Excellent verbal and written communication, able to understand and convey Oncology/Specialty products related information to HCPs in a professional manners.**:- ** High work ethic, reliable and punctual in reporting for scheduled work**:**Locations**: Jakarta, Indonesia** Worker Type**: Employee** Worker Sub-Type**: Regular** Time Type**: Full time
