Hrga Manager

Responsible for recruitment process by using variation recruitment channels, validating profile and conducting interviews.- Developing SOP, Job description, policies, company rules, procedure/regulations and other strategies- Maintain all development, implementation procedures is going well- Maintain and oversees of all HR functions: recruitment, industrial relations, Performance Management and day today activity of HR Operational, leave balance record, maintain update personal files, employees database, attendance records, employee relations- Managing and maintaining company's assets including building, office equipment, vehicle and warehouse to the best standard- Preparing and handling BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS KesehatanJOB REQUIREMENT- Max age. 35 years old- At least 5 years working experiences as HRGA Manager in ISP Company or IT Vendor Company.- Good knowledge about HR Business Process/Spectrum- Strong in leadership, negotiation, managing HRGA team capabilities.- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Trial period contractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per monthExpected Start Date: 03/14/2024
