Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:_(Include but not limited to:)_**:- **Actively grow new business opportunities, ensuring profitable business partnerships are established, measured and maintained.**:- **Build and enhance customer relationships through joint business plans, understanding customer business drivers, foreseeing future needs and providing win/win solutions.**:- **Maintain and grow an active pipeline of corporate prospects.**:- **Develop tailor-made and innovative corporate strategies and tactics for identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding a portfolio of corporate partners.**:- **Identifying new and maintain marketing lead sources to support the call centre.**:- **Prepare and present proposals to potential corporates both alone and, if appropriate, by strategically involving a Wyndham Destinations member of senior management**:- **Present and educate potential and existing partners about the company's products**:- **Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sale.**:- **Work closely with the marketing team and coordinate with partners to deliver marketing campaigns and promotions to end customers.**:- **Attend industry functions as necessary, and provide feedback and information on market trends.**:- **Deliver leads and explore new lead sources to support call centres Innovation & Project Coordination.**:- **Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products.**:- **Assist Campaigns & Partnership Managerwith administration and coordination of marketing collateral**:**KEY POSITION CRITERIA**:- **Degree qualifications with a focus in Marketing / Public Relations or equivalent combination of related education and experience.**:- **Excellent interpersonal skills, including persuasive abilities, effective listening, diplomacy and tact, team-playing with demonstrated success in dealing with corporates.**:- **Mature, charismatic personality possessing the style, stature, leadership and diplomacy required to work effectively with senior staff and volunteers.**:- **Ability to work independently but also operate efficiently and effectively within a collaborative team environment.**:- **Proven ability to negotiate.**:- **Experience in building compelling customer proposals, business reviews and plans.**:- **Excellent organizational and communication skills.**:- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the business**:- **Demonstrated empathy and the ability to build upon other people's ideas**:**Where Memories Start with You**:Hospitality is at the heart of all we do at Travel + Leisure Co.
