Job Purpose

Conduct process or filling activities according to batch cards and daily production targets, produce products that meet the quality and customer standards, prioritize occupational safety & health, follow applicable work procedures and get involved in the implementation of the ALPS and HSES program.

Key Accountabilities

Perform inspection of machines and process or filling equipment

Check the raw materials for the process or filling each batch card
Carry out process activities according to the batch card

Perform filling activities according to the batch card

Key Activities

Check the safety equipment available on the machine and ensure it is functioning properly before being used for filling / processing activities Check the condition of the machines that will be used for filling / processing activities, making sure all the machines can function properly
Report to superiors if discrepancies and unsafe conditions are found in the machine
Checking the completeness, quality and quantity of raw materials to be processed or filled in accordance with the batch card Ensure that any raw materials received for processing or filling activities are in accordance with their batch number and order number
Report to superiors if a discrepancy is found in receiving raw materials
Do the pouring / suctioning of liquid raw materials into the tank / vessel that has been provided in the order in the batch card
If the process is in a vessel / vessel, transfer the liquid that

Experience

Thorough, diligent and tidy at work Have good communication skills and build strong teamwork Have knowledge of the principles of health, safety and work environment Understand and can operate computers (Windows Word and Excel)

Education

Minimum high school / vocational education Has 1-4 years’ experience in manufacturing
