You'll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world.Your 'day to day'- Lead project phases from initial option definitions, feasibilitystudies to implementation to achieve timely and accurate projectcompletion and ensure that projects fully meet PMI requirements andregulatory standards- Coordinate a multicultural and cross-functional project team, as wellas internal and external resources to guarantee successful projectrealization.- Participate to the business justification process by managing scope,benefit-risk analysis, budget and resource requirements related toproject phases to maintain principles along the life cycle of theassigned project and to assist management in decision making.- Ensure that project information supplied to management is realisticwith respect to cost and timing in order to avoid financing problemsand delayed completion.- Communicate and develop networking with management, suppliers,service providers and consultants to ensure that projects rolls outefficiently.- Address training needs in collaboration with customers and management team to assure project teams' coordinationand performance- Lead resourcing exercises/studies in collaboration with other departments to develop viable options in order tobring new business opportunities.Who we're looking for- Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or Industry-related Discipline, MBA is a plus- Have Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry- Have knowledge in Printing Process, and/or Open+ (or similar) knowledge- Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written & spokenWhat we offerOur success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
