Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.- Develop Training Need Analysis (TNA)- Conduct On-boarding training- Conduct regular refreshment operation training**Requirements**:- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development at Express / Courier company- Bachelor degree from any major- Skilled in Training Management, 3PL Management, and Project Management- Strong interpersonal skills- Good communication skills (written and verbal)- Expert Facilitator and able to manage all stakeholders- Lead by example (hands-on) leadership style who can show operation solutions on the floor- Understand and have experience in implementing and managing 3PL at all level- Willing to travel
