Operations Manager/Supervisor

Manage and direct the operations team to achieve business targets.- Helps to develop or update standard operating procedures for all business operations.- Build strong relationships with timely handling of customer problems and complaints.- Provide employee ratings, promotions, compensation and termination of employment based on performance reviews.- Providing operational support and guidance to staff.- Monitor and control expenditure according to the allocated budget.- Manage work assignments and allocations for staff.- Review performance and provide performance feedback to staff.- Keep accurate and clear documentation for procedures and operational activities.- Work in accordance with company policies and procedures.- Make sure the team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions.**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate**Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month**Education**:- D1-D4 (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales: 1 year (preferred)License/Certification:- SIM A1 (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Tangerang (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Tangerang: Relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Deadline: 11/25/2023Expected Start Date: 11/13/2023
