Commercial Manager

The duties and responsibilities of Commercial Managers- Bringing in new business from existing and new clients at least 2 new business per month- Reviewing and developing operational processes to improve performance and maximise growth- Managing daily operations & client relationship- Working together with relevant departments to develop accurate and consistent sales- Establishing sales targets and ensuring that team meets these target- Managing risk assessments for new initiatives- Overseeing and developing cross-functional teams- Staying aware of the latest trends and developments and representing a company at digital services & ecommerce channel- Assisting with marketing planning, content planning & sales strategy**Requirements**:- Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic analysis and negotiation skills- Strong and effective communication abilities- Excellent English literacy skills, both written and verbal- Leadership experience, including managing teams and stakeholders- Extensive experience in e-commerce or the digital industry- Proficiency in business development and sales management- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience- High integrity and commitment to ethical standards- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment**Salary**: From Rp12,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Tangerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Business Development: 2 years (required)Application Deadline: 08/11/2023
