Your impact won't end there; you'll also monitor drivers' SOP and quality, and grow and maintain a high-quality driver community.- THE RECRUITMENT PROCESSES WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ENGLISH AND ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE NOTIFIED_**What you will do**:- Manage all operational activities in Hub from offline presence acquisition (sticker & Lalabag), driver acquisition & onboarding, and driver education- Increase Lalamove's brand awareness by substantially growing the number of branded vehicles (4W Sticker, 2W Lalabag). Target acquires a minimum of 650 sticker installations per month- Monitor 4 driver operations support activities on making callouts, sticker installation, and distributing driver attributes- In charge of offline presence inventory management (stock availability, sticker & Lalabag procurement, weekly stock opname)- Help & Support Large 4W driver acquisitions in the surrounding Satellite Office- Reporting to Offline Presence Lead, Lead Generations & Onboarding Lead- Collaborate with driver quality team to ensure drivers get updated material about our latest SOP**What you will need**:- Graduate from a reputable university majoring in operations management- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in operations department- Good analytical and problem-solving skills- Familiar with Excel and Google Spreadsheets- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Able to meet the target determined by the company- Hands-On- Lalamove respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.Untuk semua kandidat
