As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15-20 years' experience in factory management for the job of Operation Director. The job is based in Pasuruan, East Java, Indonesia.Key job responsibilities include:- Direct reporting to the President Director- Develops, maintain, and executes manufacturing plans that align with business strategic direction- Formulate and recommend manufacturing strategies in the short, medium and longer term that will guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability- Direct and monitor managers to accomplish the goals of the operational plan, consistent with established ethical, safety, quality and manufacturing procedures and policies- Plan, initiate and coordinate the capital expenditure programs for improving productivity, quality, costs and safety- Promote and build a safety culture, monitor compliance with government and company safety regulations- Promote and build a Quality culture where employees not only take pride in delivering high Quality products and services but clearly believe that Quality is a critical differentiating factor that will allow us to win**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related major from reputable university- Minimal 15 years hands on operations related experience, 10 years manufacturing management in a multi -product, building material is preferable- Very strong leadership skills, mentoring and coaching- Strong problem solving ability and effective employee management experience- Good Financial literacy- Fluent spoken and written English- Willing to work in Pasuruan, Surabaya
