Come be a part of this journey!****BAT INDONESIA** **IS LOOKING FOR A** **PILOT PLANT** **TECHNICIAN I, SMD - PROTOTYPING HUB****FUNCTION: Technical Shared Services****SUB FUNCTION: Prototyping Hub (Pilot Plant)****CITY & COUNTRY: Malang, East Java, Indonesia****ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**The role is responsible as technical expert who operate overall production process and technical analysis, conduct trouble shoot and maintenance activity in Pilot Plant SMD to ensure the facility able to produce sample that could has different requirement and ensure all Development sample deliver according to quality, quantity and agreed timeline.**Reports to: Prototype Hub Manager****Geographic Scope: Local****WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Direct involve in day-to-day operation for SMD line to ensure sample production are meet with process specifications, product specifications and agreed schedule.- To identify and analyze root cause problem solving related to SMD process to ensure that sample production is in line with the process and product specification by liaising with Pilot Plant QC.- ** To Perform technical analysis on production process in SMD**:- To maintain and continually improve housekeeping as per BAT Guideline to ensure integrity and traceability of material.- Ensure that aspect of safety, security, health, and environment in the processes of SMD are identified and addressed suitably to promote safe and healthy working environment refer to BAT Guideline.- To conduct all type of maintenance and verification of all machineries and their supporting facilities to ensure the facilities are in optimum performance.- Execute with Technical Service, Production Engineering and SMD Factory to enhance and / or improve capacity and capability to meet sample order requirement.**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**- Willing to work in team, demonstrated self-motivated, personal leadership- Interpersonal collaboration skills & Effective communication skills- Ability to work with data and information- Basic problem-solving skills and familiarity with structured problem tools useful but not mandatory- Electrical skill (Familiar with PLC and software device)- Fluent in English (Reading, writing, speaking)- Demonstrated ability to assimilate technical data to support recommendations- Ability and commitment to drive change in the organization- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills**BENEFICIAL**- Opportunity to grow within Scientific Research & Development - Scientific & Regulatory Capabilities in BAT Indonesia- Opportunity to grow as permanent employee and include in several global projects.
