Managing E-Commerce Business, Digital Media & CRM- Ensure sustainable & profitable business**About the Client**A leading multinational luxury retail company is looking for Online Business Director to accelerate growth and manage overall P&L of the company online business.**Key Responsibilities**:- Driving E-Commerce, Media & CRM expertise within the division to spearhead information and pioneer to strengthen the leadership position.- Responsible for E-Commerce & Social commerce sell-in & sell-out target- Account management with e-commerce/social commerce platforms- Distributor management, ensuring effective workflow with e-commerce enabler while delivering target- Trading term negotiation to support growth ambition- Media planning, budget optimization/maximization in coordination with media agency- Full funnel CRM utilization to support marketing campaign- Identify new channel expansion- Shopper/channel/consumer understanding to find opportunities for growth- Sharp analytical skills to identify root cause of problems and make data-driven decisions- Stakeholder management with counterparts at zone/global level.**Key Qualifications**:- Min. Bachelor's Degree from reputable university- A seasoned sales/strategy/marketing in retail and/ ecommerce/ digital platforms.- A business leader with strong commercial and financial acumen- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team, and is confident in managing relationships at all levels.- Sounds knowledge of ecommerce business model, retail sales, brand management and shopper marketing- Adaptive, organise, driven and able to work under fast pace**Call to Action**:
