PersyaratanHold Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Agriculture Technology, Agriculture Machinery or Mechanical Engineering.Business level English (for international business use).Minimum 3 years experience as Assistant Manager, with experience in New Market Development abroad, handling Agriculture products.Experienced in handling customer overseas, opening new market, and handling B2B business especially in Machinery focusing in Agriculture.Willing to have frequent business trips abroad.Good knowledge in Export.Good leadership, smart, hardworking, good communication skill.(Only CV in English will be processed)Tanggung JawabCreate annual export sales plan and activity plans to achieve export sales targets.Ensure that all export activities are carried out deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.Selling, searching and expanding market in other countries.Collect market information, competitor activity and analysis for assigned products.Provide product knowledge and training to support distributor on visiting customers activities, preparation and conducting product demonstration, user gathering, exhibition, etc.Create daily, weekly and monthly report.Maintain relationship with distributor or dealers.
