Merchandising Assistant

**Responsibilities**:**Assist in providing administrative help for merchandising team****Research and provide new insights for new trends and products****Assists category managers in merchandising work****Assist in product marketing and writing good product copy****Assists in product translation work***Who You Are:Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Merchandising or related fieldStrong analytical and reporting skills, detail-oriented with a strong numerical senseHands-on analytical skills in MS ExcelAdequate product sensibility and strong sense of market trendGood team player with strong sense of responsibilityFamiliar with e-commerce marketplaces or retailers is a plusExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong multitasking, prioritization, and organization skillsHave a positive can-do attitude, and willingness to get to the core of an issue and go beyond the extra mileThe ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced start-up environment and to process new information on the go**Good To Have:Prior experience in e-commerce is idealThrive in an unstructured, fast-moving high growth environment, balancing multiple challenging priorities on tight deadlinesBasic understanding of English language***Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- mercandhising: 1 year (required)- e commerce: 1 year (required)**Language**:- mandarin (required)
