Job Description :Develop lesson plans and instructional ideas according to school standardsAssist in planning and implementing school programs and other activitiesDevelop positive parent teacher relationship and promote parent teacher partnershipsCreate positive, structured, learning and safe environment for studentsInteract with parents to inform about their children’s academic progressDevelop creative learning opportunities for student’s education, social and behavioral growth.Motivate students to participate in various educational activitiesMonitor student activities in school premise and ensure safety of every student in the classroom and school groundsEnsure the student has the best Carrot Academy experience possibleStrive to develop professional skillset via training and self-learning tasksRequirementsAt least 1 year(s) working experience in the related fieldGraduate from a reputable Institute/Academy/UniversitSingapore Primary, Cambridge International A level or IBO Curriculum (PYP, MYP or DP) experience will be considered as an advantageFamiliar with traditional and digital illustrationCreative, Innovative, and positive attitudeGood interpersonal and communication skillsDynamic, independent, cheerful and able to work under pressureA keen eye for aesthetic and detailsProven self-initiative and team work spirit with an open-minded characterProven ability to develop successful academic programsLove being around students (kids, teens and adult) and care about their progress & developmentEager to grow and contribute to the professional learning culture.
