Engage all related stakeholder in estates and obtain their commitment to support OPTR initiatives- Setup rollout preparation- Ensure rollout runs according to system & standard procedure- Monitor rollout initiatives and make daily tactical decision to ensure rollout productivity and quality at optimum level- Provide guidance and assistance to estate team when running the projects- Conduct review, analysis and resolution together with estate stakeholder- Seek potential improvement, challenge best practice, and quickly run trial to prove the concept- Drive KPI achievement and establish report to OPTR-HQ
