Marketing Operations Manager

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor degree with at least 3-5 years working experiences in relevant marketing position
2-3 years experiences in supervisory position
Experience in marketing, marketing ops, social media strategy, especially for e-commerce/tech/startups/media/agency is a plus
Action & result oriented, flexible, innovative, and able to work both independently and in team as well as direct others
Implementation skills under tight deadline is required, with focuses on user satisfaction
Understand the market well, and keep up-to-date with trends
Job Description
Serves as the backbone of a marketing team - planning, budgeting, execution, analysis, and support functions
Analyze current marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and potential for improvement.
Oversee the creation and implementation of new initiatives based on business needs.
Compile and present reports during weekly management meetings.
Train and support marketing staff.
Maintain adaptability and implement changes quickly and efficiently.
