(Mandarin) Legal Specialist

**About the Company**:Our client was restructured from several supply chain service related subsidiaries of holding corporation and went public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in August 2011. The company's main business is supply chain management and logistics services, logistics platform development and operation.**Resources**:Commodity procurement and supply business mainly feature plastic chemicals, metal minerals, agricultural products, forest products and mechanical and electrical products, such as five general resins, EVA, fish meal, whey powder, palm oil, latex, steel, non-ferrous metals, automobiles, etc.**Responsibilities**:- Prepare and review the draft agreements also negotiate the key points with the counterparts;- Provide day-to-day legal support for cross-functional departments, including legal opinion or support associated with business process improvement, product developments and operational matters- Handling legal dispute- Prepare and submit report to authorize institution- Give continued support on the creation, standardization, and implementation of legal compliance, policies, terms & conditions, internal working procedures, and standard operational guidelines**Requirements**:- Bachelor degree or above, legal related majors- Experienced 2+ years related working experiences.- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) language - speak and written- Having experiences as attorney would be plus pointBachelor degree or above, legal related majors Experienced 2+ years related working experiences.
