They will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights. Additionally, they will leverage business intelligence tools and techniques to extract insights from data, driving strategic decision-making.**Detailed Responsibilities**- Design and develop scalable and efficient data models to support various business functions- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing valuable insights to stakeholders- Implement best practices for data governance, ensuring data integrity and security- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define data-related solutions- Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure timely and accurate data delivery- Create and maintain documentation for data models, processes, and procedures- Provide training and support to end-users on data visualization tools and techniques- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data modeling and business intelligence**Key Stakeholders**- IT Department: collaborate on data infrastructure and governance- Business Units: understand their data requirements and provide data & analytical support- Senior Management: provide insights to support strategic decision-making**Requirements & Specifications**- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred- Proven experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and database management- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams- Experience with agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus.**Job Category**:Advanced Analytics**Posting End Date**:30/12/2024
