As System Service Representative at IBM, you will be responsible for the:Cover multiple clients (remotely and onsite) for IBM InfrastructureSupport incident handling, account support, and project services.Manage escalation to IBM Global SME and become the local interface to client.Manage escalation to OEM or TPM, and become the local interface to client.Plan and execute service planning (spare part and knowledge), and become escalation point for in-sourced scope.Assigned to focus clients to lead the 4Walls contract and project services.Required Professional and Technical Expertise:Has at least 3 years of experienceExperienced System Service Rep for IT Projects / Professional services, and/or software development projectHave experience in project managementHave good presentation skills and ability to manage client expectations during project implementationFluency in Bahasa Indonesia & English to be able to discuss and communicate business/technical subjects with clients.
