Maintenance Manager (Textile, Bandung)

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Our client is a family-owned textile (polyester) business, starting production since 1984. Its factory based in Dayeuhkolot, Bandung, while other plant being constructed in Sragen. They are looking for a maintenance (supervisor or manager) with qualifications:Experienced as a maintenance/engineering supervisor (or similar role) for around 8 years;Degree in Engineering or related;Familiar with chemical manufacturing process machinery, specifically printing and dyeing;Proven leadership experience in maintenance or engineering; andAny related certifications will be a big plus.Responsibilities, but not limited to:Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations;Lead certification process of plant;Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems;Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures;Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary;Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
