Maintenance Associate Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:- Responsible in ensuring that all Maintenance activities are:- Manage maintenance works to be timely and at optimized cost- Helpdesk Ticket Not Overdue- Helpdesk Responsiveness: Ticket Closed as per SLA**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree Electrical/Civil Engineering- At least 3-4 years of experience in building maintenance especially for retail- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English- Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.
