Job DescriptionCarry out the consumer mortgage process with the relevant bank and ensure that all requirements are met within a certain time limit (KPR).Ensure that the signing of the Credit Agreement, PPJB & AJB occurs properly and correctly, according to the desired target.Draft and review agreements/contracts/all related legal documents and ensure all documents are in accordance with applicable law and regulations.Establish relationships and be able to coordinate with relevant government agencies and banks.RequirementFluent in speaking & writing English.Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.Proficient in using Microsoft Office.Understand Property real estate permit, Bank Loan regulation, Corporate law and employee/labor regulations.Communicative, diligent, fast learner, intelligent, able to work under pressure, and attention to detail.Experience in Bank Loan (KPR) process and have network in the area.Additional RequirementGenderMaleAge30 - 38 Year(s) oldMin.
