Requirements:- 25-35 years old.- Bachelor degree in Law.- Have experience as legal operation staff at least for 3 years or as legal operation SPV at least for 1 year in manufacture company (is a must).- Familiar with OSS Systems, corporate legal, License and Reporting.- Strong drafting and contract negotiation skill.- Have good analytical skill and legal judgement skill.- Fluent in english (is a must)- Can join ASAP.- Willing to work at EJIP Cikarang.Jobdesc:- Updating laws and requlations.- Legal and regulatory compliance (routine and periodic reporting).- Manage of company licenses (import license, operatioanl etc) for business opertion purposes.- Drafting and implementation of SOP & Company policy.- Annual Meeting of shareholde (RUPS) arrangements.Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu
