Legal Officer

Drafting, review, and identify any issues in commercial Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Service Agreements, MOUs, Policy Contracts, as per existing legislation, etc.Advising business teams regarding legal risks mitigation and appropriate contractual protections.Giving legal opinion on product, policy, guidance, SOP and other activities on its compliance to the regulation of APU and PPT.Ability to provide proper legal assistance to cross functional teams.Actively work with a wide range of colleagues to support broad range of needs and give business friendly solutions while balancing compliance with multiple regulatory.Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure the fulfillment of all legal compliances and obligationA minimum formal education of bachelor's degree (S1) in Law;At least 1- 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;Relevant experience and knowledge in Digital Payment, Banking, Financial institution. Specific in Payment Gateway is an advantage;Excellent written & verbal communication in English is a must;Effective communication abilities, negotiation skill and critical thinking;Financial and Government regulatory experience is an advantage.Adaptable and commercially minded team player with collegial personality
