Lease, Event & Promotion Department Head

**Job Descriptions**:- Plan suitable lease concept and scheme- Find potential clients to match with shophouses/kiosks owners for lease agreement- Create events/promotional activities to gather crowd to the designated shophouses/kiosks area- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate leasing activities for projects- Develop and maintain good relationships with all related parties**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major- Minimum 10 years of experience in position that directly dealing with customer, and 3 years of experience in similar position- Ability to create and maintain good relationship with vendors, tenants, and others- Strategic marketing skills- Effective communication skills- Managerial skills- Willing to be placed in BSD City
