Marketing Specialist

**Job Description**:1. Determine marketing angles, be creative and execute and create in all digital marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube, Tiktok, Influencers) and BTL.2. Lead the team in aggressively increasing the turnover of the brand3. Conversion optimization and micro conversion rate across all marketing channel4. Coordinate with managers in other divisions in executing every idea and ensure optimization of each idea to achieve the agreed target together5. Collecting and process the data into decisions for marketing efficiency and optimizationRequirement:1. Max 35 years old.2. Having relevant working experience in F&B industry3. Experienced in leading vertically and horizontally.4. Aggressive in delivering and executing marketing ideas.5. Passion in digital marketing and always trying various things to get optimal advertising results.6. Willing to try new things in explore marketing.7. Inisiative person8.
