**Job Descriptions**:- Coordinating the implementation of the commercial area marketing strategy and promotional media in accordance with applicable regulations.- Monitor the commercial area and promotional media to ensure that everything goes according to the agreement.- Process approval for the use of commercial areas and promotional media for exhibition/event needs.- Together with prospective tenants conduct a commercial area location survey.- Controling the rental period for promotional media locations and ensure payments are paid on time.- Collecting data on the location of promotional media to find out offers for locations that have not been rented.- Make monthly reports related to the implementation of Lease operational activities.**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree any major.- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Leasing area, Experience in mall leasing area is an advantage.- Computer literate (Ms. Office).- Have a comprehensive Product Knowledge.- Have a good Communication Skill and Administrative Skill.- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
