Learning Service Training Coordinator

Job DescriptionMaking training plan and arrangement.Maintain relationship with customers and internal cooperation.Making trainer resources arrangement.Monitor the schedule change and execution.Support project team or trainer to prepare the training.Handle Learning Management System operations.Support the delivery of training, including resolve technical and non-technical problems that occur during training.Create training report.Provide proposal and quotation solutions, that is related to technical competence based on customer's requirements.Requirement1. Bachelor of Education, graduated in 2023 & 2024**2. Effective communication**: written & verbal in English. (able to speak in Mandarin is a plus point).3. Having background in project management.4. Having critical thinking skills.5. Able to design and implement learning strategies, including managing training programs.6.
