Lead Planning Engineer

**Responsibilities**- Coordinate in development and maintenance of Project Plan & Scheduling, preparation of Project Planning and scheduling procedures, Progress update and analysis- Coordinate and prepare internal and external project reports.- Coordinate in supervising assigned planning team and lead planning activities including but not limited to scheduling, progress, productivity analysis and reporting activities.- Assist in preparing fortnightly / Monthly progress reporting- Maintaining the update of the schedule during the project execution and ensure that all potential delays are highlighted; propose possible mitigations for improvement- Maintaining and liaising with decommissioning teams etc. with respect to schedules and plans, maintenance, enhancement, control, and revision to the next level**Requirements**:- Degree or Diploma preferably in Engineering or equivalent- At least of 3 years and above related working experience in Planning scope of work- Exposure in vessel/marine/shipyard environment and liaising with subcontractor- Good leadership, planning, organizing and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well independently and in a team- Experience in using Microsoft Projects
