Aligning with technology advancement, PT Global Urban Esensial reaches the society wider, answering the society's needs for easier access to digital, and to be a leader in pharmaceutical business.Min. 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Implementor, or Campaign Planner from a Marketing Agency or MediaExcellent skills in managing projects, reporting, and maintaining stakeholders.Good understanding of COGS and NPS satisfaction scoreHave great attention to detail and strong interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and writtenHave a basic understanding of marketing and promotionPlanning, developing, and monitoring the implementation of a Comprehensive Marketing Campaign according to the agreement in Media Order with excellent Project Management and helping adjust strategies in fulfillment as neededCollaborate internally with relevant departments to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and based on the expected resultsCollaborate and maintain relationships with Clients and other key stakeholdersPerform monthly reporting and help analyze basic campaign performance metrics to generate reports and succeed in customer retentionEnsure the billing process from the Finance department in accordance with the deadlineLed and managed the Operations team, including setting up the KPI for team members
