Lead Engineering

**Company overview**Our client P2P lending for micro-entrepreneurs.**Job overview and responsibility**- Leading and mentoring a team of software engineers, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and code reviews.- Involved in system design discussions with the Head of Engineering.- Involved in incident management, mainly in proactive and preventive initiatives.- Drive technical projects.- Contribute technically to the team by owning services, improving code quality, improving the development process, and building operational excellence.- Work closely with the product management team & business team on product requirements and review.**Required skills and experiences**- Hands-on in Golang for at least 3 years- At least 5 years of working experience as a backend engineer- Having experience as a manager is A MUST- Strong technical skills- Be able to handle OKR/ KPI- Having knowledge of system architecture- Fast learner & good analytical thinking.- Advanced knowledge in Go.- Have experience with distributed storage and database systems, including SQL or NoSQL.- Have a systematic problem-solving approach and knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis.- Good communication skills, team player, and comfortable working with a cross-functional team.- Have a passion for learning, improving, and contributing to projects with a strong sense.**Salary**: From Rp20,000,000 per month
