Responsible for integration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of F5 devices2. Plan, deploy and analyze the configuration to ensure system hardening and security3. Understand and maximize the need for Service Level Agreement (SLA)4. Communicate and collaborate with internal, 3rd party, and customer5. Provide advice on improving operational system performance, capacity, and scalability of the customer6. Provide security operation support, issue isolation, and troubleshooting for the incident
