Kiln / Cooler Specialist

Headline**Responsibilities**:- Provide Leadership whilst carryout supervision of trades, sub-contractors on shutdowns across sites throughout Asia.- Conduct planning and scheduling of crew's workloads to meet shut require ments and timeframes.- Kiln inspection. CB cooler inspection- Ensure all work is undertaken in a safe & timely manner in accordance FLS's and client's requirements.- Lead FLS Safety culture by example by conducting pre-start & post shift debriefs, conduct safety leadership tours / field.Interactions etc.What you bring- Proven "hands on" Supervisory experience in service.
