WILLING TO RELOCATE TO QATARSPV JOB Job Responsibilities:- sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors- vacuum clean carpets, rugs and draperies- dust and polish furniture and fittings- clean metal fixtures and fittings- empty and clean trash containers- dispose of trash in a sanitary manner- clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers- wipe down glass surfaces- make up beds and change linens as required- tidy up rooms- wash windows as scheduled- operate mechanized cleaning equipment- maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition- monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements- follows all safety & sanitation policies- Maintains inventory of necessary supplies- Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks.- Oversee staff on a daily basis.- Establishes standards and procedures for work of housekeeping staff.- Check rooms and common areas, including stairways, lifts and swimming pool area,for cleanliness.- Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence- Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.- Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards- Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job.- Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.- Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.- Participate in large cleaning projects as required- Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.- Examines building to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture orequipment, and makes recommendations to management.- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: Rp900,000 - Rp1,900,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- Bersedia di tempatkan di Qatar?
