This program aims to develop workforce competency and increase the productivity and competitiveness of the Indonesian workforce.As a Junior Content Developer, you will operate under the guidance of the Program Executive, collaborating closely with curriculum experts and educators to develop and implement high-quality curriculum materials. They will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and effectiveness of lecture resources and assessments, as well as providing support and training to educators as needed. Key operating principles in this role include attention to detail, collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement in curriculum development and delivery.More specifically, you will be responsible to:- Prepare all checklists for modules, including tests, self-study, capstone, grading rubric, and master deck- Collaborate with experts and program executives to create engaging and effective instructional materials, resources, and assessments.- Provide guidance, and training for educators on curriculum implementation, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.- Summarize program revision, feedback, and improvement for upcoming program submission- Help with administrative reporting of all assignments, homework, and final projects**Requirements**:In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has and/or is strong at:- ** Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail**: In the role of Junior Content Developer, meticulous organization is essential for managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
