Join us to empower more businesses with technology.**Respnonsibilities**:- Build an ideal customer experience across journeys & products taking into account different psych score throughout the journey- Implement listening points (tools & processes) in the customer journey, define segmentation of customer base & varying strategies, and identify opportunities to achieve the desired and intended customer experience.- Develop strategy and initiatives in driving the cross product adoption in improving customer stickiness towards each of Mekari products- Build a Customer First mindset across the organisation- Share customer insights throughout the organization to influence decision making across different division- Collaborate closely with the other leaders to meet objectives around product experience, growth, and scalability.- Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to drive cross-functional coordination, strategy, and alignment- Develop and deploy the company's customer experience strategy, including characterization of strategic customer segments and implications throughout the company,- Regular communication with internal stakeholders (product/sales/marketing) to identify gaps and opportunities, if any in the customer & brand experience**Requirements**:- Have similar experience in the same field for 1 to 2 years- Bachelor's degree from any major- Familiar with project management tools- Strong in critical thinking and data analysis- Strong understanding, empathy, and sense about customers- Motivated, high curiosity, dynamic and result-orientedDon't forget to check*****bit.ly/RecruitmentFAQ-Mekari*****to see several frequently asked questions regarding our recruitment process.We wish you the best.
