They provide services from gathering the information, analyzing the needs, building the system, and making sure the quality delivered as expected.**Job Descriptions**:- Design the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing in order to ensure a great user experience;- Understand product specifications and user psychology to clear out friction points that can limit the user interaction;- Collaborate with the Customer Journey Product Owner to flesh out improvements or new features;- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback;- Have excellent visual and creative skills and be able to communicate the philosophy behind design- Create personas through user research and data;- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success;- Design user interface elements.- Work with internal partners to establish design guidelines and standards in the web space- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability);- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to the squads;- Upskill all teams to deliver a superior user experience;**Benefits**:High pay role compare to other similar postions5+ years of demonstrated experience as a User Experience Designer in eCommerce ideally in the Insurance or Financial Services Industry; Experience with the Agile SCRUM rituals: daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, sprint reviews etc. with experience in working according to Scrum and Kanban practices; Solid experience in the main user experience activities: conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes; Strong analytical ability needed to identify and execute data driven strategies to improve and manage users' life cycle; Ability to understand how the user base is composed to produce concepts and designs to meet people's needs; Strong understanding of the latest interaction design principles and user interaction psychology; Expertise in standard UX software such as Zeplin, Sketch, Axure, InVision. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript understanding is desirable; Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written); Willingness to perform the role in a small business (over 150 employees) within a fast-pacing and fast-changing environment;
