It Project Manager

We have won the 2011 SparxUp award and the 2013 Inaicta award for the best online marketplace platform.Despite being a market leader, we operate with a small team of less than 50 people, staying lean. Sribu is a fun and exciting place to work, and we're looking for someone to share their energy with us.Manage each project's scope and timeline.Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports.Maintain project timeline with Agile methodology.Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees.Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress.Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget.Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.Conducting risk assessments for projects.Min. bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Information System, and Management Information System or related field.Having previous experience as IT Project Manager at least for 2 years.Having a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.Ability to adapt to changing and fast-paced environment, evolving the change solution ensuring delivery of flexibility and agility.Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to establish and maintain excellent working relationships in a start-up environment.
