Internship - Sea Logistics, Customer Care

You will be joining our Customer Care Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer Excellence.**Your Role**:You will support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, + responding to complaints. Utilizing your strong forwarding + market knowledge, you will provide front line support for customers to ensure customer satisfaction with our International Supply Chain (ISC) products, services + features.**Your Responsibilities**:- Assisting system updates- Support Sea Logistics team for billing, booking, and customer care tasks- Document timeline and accuracy management- Manage customer & Kuehne +Nagel Key Performance Indicator (KPI)- Data quality management- Support correspondence with Kuehne + Nagel and/or customers**Your Skills and Experiences**:- Diploma/Tertiary certification in Supply Chain or Business, with Degree Qualifications preferred- Ability to converse in Bahasa Indonesia and English fluently- Strong team player and is self-motivated- Able to work with Microsoft Excel
