Insurance Product Manager

**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Act as Product Owner for assigned Insurance Products from ideation to GTM, plotting the Product strategy & roadmap, and owning the related product metrics such as revenue, loss ratio, expense ratio, and customer experience- Drive revenue and profitability growth by continuously experimenting with growth ideas- Be the voice of the customer, by building a consumer-centric focus and by collaborating with the distribution, operations, marketing, tech product, and engineering teams- Build an ecosystem of external partnership and services that add value to the customer- Establish the customer marketing and promotion framework to drive scale exponentially- Maintain a roadmap of tech and non-tech features, and drive delivery of the roadmap**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**- 4 years of professional experience in insurance industry- University degree in Engineering or Business Administration- Prior experience in Insurance, Consumer Tech or Consulting- Industry sector experience in Automotive, Logistics, Consumer Finance, Travel, and Healthcare will be a plus- Able to problem-solve, prioritize, and breakdown problems in a structured manner- Able to manage multiple stakeholders across different functions- Strong focus on customer experience- Knowledge of data analytics tools such as SQL will be a plus**Salary**: From Rp15,000,000 per month**Experience**:- general insurance: 4 years (required)
