**Responsibilities**- Managing Surveyor Team in term of inspecting vehicles (R4) to ensure they meet legal and safety requirements.- Carrying out tests and checks to ensure vehicles are in roadworthy condition.- Providing advice on any necessary repairs if needed.- Monitor all Surveyor tasks to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) consistently across all branches.- Prepare survey reports on surveyor productivity and the capacity of each branch.- Commit to a target number of visits and adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) processing time.- Perform load balancing of surveyors based on branch schedules and workload (specifically in the Jabodetabek area).- Understand and address any issues related to surveyors, proposing action plans or strategies to improve SLA efficiency and productivity.- Ensure completion of all necessary documents and conduct thorough verification/surveys with high-quality reporting.- Conduct training sessions for surveyors whenever there are new policies or processes introduced.**Requirements**:- At least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.- ** Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a supervisor in inspecting vehicles (R4), surveying, appraisal, or analysis within a financial institution.**:- Demonstrate a strong understanding of business surveys and possess knowledge of assessing vehicle conditions, including the body, engine, interior, and exterior.- Prior experience in credit/lending companies is required, and experience in multifinance would be advantageous.- Possess effective communication skills and demonstrate leadership abilities.- Be willing and available to work during weekends and after office hours.**About Moladin**Moladin is Indonesia's leading mobility fintech platform with end to end financing solutions for all players in the used car and EV ecosystem.
