Key Accountabilities:
Performed Industrial Engineering function New product development: design and provide manufacturable assembly process, develop methods, hours, jigs and equipment, verify process from line tooling to line balancing and continuous improvements in production area. Provide better and more efficient assembly method for process improvement. Conduct capacity analysis for required equipment. Support automation projects in production area. Draw, design and create the most efficient and effective tooling for production and continue process improvement to achieve most efficient Manufacturing operations.
Position Requirements:
Minimum D3 with 2 years’ experience, preferably bachelor’s degree, majoring in Industrial or mechanical Engineering Technical Competence: Familiar with ergonomics, line layout and work measurement study Familiar with MS Office and MRP Basic in mechanical machine design AutoCAD and technical drawing skill
