**Responsibilities**- Proficiency with maintaining and immediate do remediation on the tickets related to network performance and service degradation- Proficiency with Fortinet and maintain Fortinet appliances on firewalls and SD-WAN, including firewall policy rules, URL-filtering, IDS/IPS etc- Maintain PBX system (creating new extension, configure the SIP Trunk, etc) and IP Phones/IP softphone configuration- Check the status of registered network infrastructure to ensure that it is operating within acceptable limits- Respond to any event generated by monitored device by creating ticket incident and assigned to concern parties- Get acknowledgement from concern parties that ticket has been response- Incident report must be escalated to all concern parties- Use tools to monitor the availability of the network connectivity (i.e. Solarwind, CheckMK, etc)- Proactively raise incident / problem into operational service desk or ticketing system regarding project activity where required- Supporting for network and service desk improvement- Implement pre approve standard change (change request management regarding project based)- Provide risk or advice regarding pre-implementation project where required- Proactively remind and/or notify the team regarding project process and timeline implementation**Qualification**- Required skill(s): understand the concept of networking, IP PBX- Cisco/HP Aruba/Dell router and/or switch configuration- Fortinet configuration and troubleshooting- Understand networking security and cyber-security- A Strong ownership attitude and a track record of taking responsibility to any problems and pushing through to resolution- Good interpersonal and communication skill.- Good communication in English (speaking and writting).**We are all different**:- one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
