Developing People and Organizations, with tasks such as :
• Develop short-term and long-term work plans related to provide optimal job functions.
• Develop a budget plan for Human Resources needs in accordance with company needs.
• Develop and carry out Employee and Organization Development program.
• Oversee the use of company budgets for all labor expenses and personnel expenses.
• Regulate and supervise the use of the manpower fund budget used.
• Oversee and ensure that Company Regulations are implemented by all employees.
• Ensuring good working relationships, communication and coordination between divisions in the company and creating a positive work environment.
• Supervising and evaluating the implementation of the Standard Operational Procedure that has been determined.
• Fulfill all the workforce needs in each division in the company according to a predetermined budget.
• Carry out the process of hiring, extending the working period, terminating employment, transfer, promotion, and demotion of all employees in accordance with company rules and regulations.
• Evaluating and assessment of the performance of all company employees.
• Supervise and take action all indisciplinary and violations of Company Regulations by all employee.
• Develop and run Corporate Social programs.
