Compensation & Benefits Manager

Develop programs that will contribute to improving work performance, engagement, and satisfaction of the company's employees.Prepares and communicates information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosuresEstablishes and maintains relationships with provider companies in order to stay up to date on policies and offer employees the best possible optionsEnsures compliance with all labor and benefits laws and stays current on regulatory changes.Conducting market research to determine competitive salary and benefits packagesAnalyzing job duties and responsibilities by collaborating with managers to determine appropriate pay and benefits for each job positionParticipating and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.**Requirements**:Minimum 7 years of working experience in payroll, compensation, and reward field with minimum 3 years as a compensation and benefits manager.Strong analytical and planning skillsGreat communication skills with strong English command in both written and verbalRequires flexibility in terms of dealing with different types of employeesWill be placement in Jabodetabek area.**Competencies Set**:- Payroll- Salary Structure- HRIS- Employee Services- Total Reward Strategy**Salary**: Rp22,000,000 - Rp28,000,000 per month**Experience**:- Compensation & Benefit: 7 years (required)
